Pan Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 1 onion
- Roastable veggie
- Garlic
- Dried rosemary
- Paprika
- 6 bone-in chickn thighs
Directions
- Heat oven to 425F
- In large bowl, add potatoes (cut into desired size), onion (chunks), any other roastable veggie, 2 tbsp oil, >3 garlic cloves minced, pinch salt, pinch rosemary, pinch pepper
- Transfer to paking pan
- In small bowl, add paprika, salt, rosemary, and pepper to your liking
- Coat chicken with mixture, add on top of vegetables
- Cook in oven for ~35-40 minutes
